Easy Resumes AI offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid purchases. We created this policy because we believe in the quality of our product and want you to feel confident when you buy.
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made directly through EasyResumesAI.com. Purchases made through third-party platforms or resellers are subject to that platform's refund policy.
2 What Is Eligible for a Refund
You may be eligible for a full refund if one or more of the following applies:
Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
You experienced a verifiable technical issue that prevented normal use of the Service and our team was unable to resolve it.
You were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a billing error.
The Service was down for an extended period (more than 48 hours) immediately following your purchase.
3 What Is Not Eligible for a Refund
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following circumstances:
Refund requests submitted more than 7 calendar days after the original purchase date.
The account shows significant use of premium features beyond basic evaluation of the Service.
You simply changed your mind after the 7-day guarantee window has passed.
Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
Purchases made through App Store, Google Play, or any other third-party marketplace.
Purchases made using a special promotional or discounted price that explicitly stated no refunds at the time of purchase.
4 How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple. Follow these steps:

Provide the email address used for your purchase, your order or receipt number, and a brief reason for the refund request.
You'll receive a confirmation email within 1 business day acknowledging your request is under review.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within the timeframe outlined in Section 5.
5 Processing & Timeline
Once a refund is approved, here is what to expect:
- Approval decision: Within 2–3 business days of receiving your request.
- Refund initiation: We will initiate the refund within 1 business day of approval.
- Credit card refunds: Typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
- Debit card refunds: May take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
- Other payment methods: Timing varies by payment processor. We will advise you of expected timelines when we process your refund.
6 Subscriptions & Renewals
6.1 Canceling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. You will retain access to paid features through the end of your current billing period — we do not prorate or refund unused time for cancellations after the 7-day guarantee window.
6.2 Renewal Charges
If you forgot to cancel before a renewal date and were charged, you may request a refund for the renewal charge within 48 hours of the renewal transaction, provided you have not used the Service during that renewed period. We will review these requests on a case-by-case basis.
6.3 Free Trials
If a free trial converts to a paid subscription, you will be notified before you are charged. If you believe you were charged in error at the end of a trial, please contact us within 48 hours of the charge.
7 Partial Refunds
In certain situations, we may offer a partial refund rather than a full refund. This may occur when:
- You have used a significant portion of the Service but experienced issues with specific features;
- Your refund request falls just outside the 7-day window and we determine a partial refund is fair; or
- A portion of a bundled purchase is eligible for a refund while the remainder is not.
Any offer of a partial refund will be communicated to you in writing, and you may accept or decline it. Declining a partial refund does not affect your ability to re-request a full refund if you believe you are eligible.
8 Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card issuer. We are typically able to resolve disputes faster and with less friction than the formal chargeback process.
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your account pending resolution of the dispute;
- Dispute the chargeback with your financial institution and provide evidence of service delivery; and
- Decline future purchases from accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks.
Chargebacks that are found to be fraudulent or made in bad faith may be reported to relevant authorities or credit reporting services.
